基于市场主体和国家工具双重社会属性的企业社会责任演化机理研究

摘要:

企业内在地具有社会属性,并表现为市场主体属性和国家工具属性。企业社会责任是企业双重社会属性的自然引申,并可以从必尽的契约责任、应尽的身份责任、愿尽的自由责任等层面加以刻画。企业组织形态演化影响企业社会责任从独立形态的个体责任向关联形态的连带责任和平台形态的生态责任演化;企业竞争地位差异影响供应链核心企业、产业集群龙头企业、平台企业的社会责任从个体责任向领导责任演化,并使得平台企业社会责任表现出一般性社会责任和专有性社会责任的二元体系;企业竞争情境从企业间竞争向国家竞争的演化使得企业的国家工具属性更加显现,领军企业成为国家竞争战略的重要载体,产业生态主导力则成为领军企业特殊性企业社会责任的集中表现。文章基于企业双重社会属性分析,拓展了企业社会责任的演化机理,为平台企业社会责任治理和领军企业社会责任治理提供理论支持。

Abstract:

Enterprises inherently possess social attributes and manifest as market-oriented attributes and national instrumental attributes. Corporate social responsibility( CSR) naturally extends from the dual social attributes of enterprises, and can be characterized from the perspectives of must-undertake contractual responsibilities, have-to-undertake identity responsibilities, and willing-to-undertake discretionary responsibilities. The evolution of organizational forms within enterprises influences CSR, shifting from individual responsibilities in independent forms to interconnected responsibilities in associated forms, and finally to ecological responsibilities in platform forms. The competitive position of enterprises affects the evolution of CSR, with core companies in supply chains, industry cluster leaders, and platform enterprises transitioning from individual responsibilities to leadership responsibilities.Platform enterprises have a dual system of general and proprietary social responsibility. As the competitive context shifts from interenterprise competition to national competition, the national instrumental attributes of enterprises become more pronounced. Leading enterprises serve as important carriers of national competitive strategies, while the industrial ecological dominance represents a concentrated expression of unique CSR for these leading enterprises. Based on the dual social attributes of enterprises, this analysis expands our understanding of the evolution of CSR, providing theoretical support for platform enterprise CSR governance and leadership enterprise CSR governance.
