绿色物流作为全新的现代物流形态在我国尚处在起步阶段,作为一种新的物流模式,绿色物流符合可持续发展的要求和人类生存发展的利益,代表了未来物流发展的方向和趋势。文章分析了我国发展绿色物流的迫切性与必要性,解剖了我国绿色物流发展过程中存在的各种制约因素,并结合当今绿色物流发展的趋势,有针对性地提出了我国发展绿色物流必须解放思想,确立发展绿色物流的全新理念;完善绿色物流的政策环境和经济环境;大力开发和采用绿色物流技术;加强物流信息系统和标准化体系建设;加快绿色物流的基础设施规划与建设;加强对物流绿色化的研究和人才培养等对策。

Green logistics,a new form of modern logistics in China,is still at its infancy.Green logistics accords with the requirements of sustainable development and human interests,and represents the future direction of logistics development.This paper analyzes the urgency,necessity and constraints of the green logistics development in China.Combined with the trend of green logistics development,this paper raises several countermeasures: to emancipate the minds and establish the new idea of green logistics development;perfect the policy as well as economic environment of green logistics;develop and adopt green logistics technologies;strengthen logistics information and standardization system;speed up the infrastructure planning and construction of green logistics;strengthen the research and personnel training of green logistics.
