进入21世纪,电子商务越来越多地渗透到了企业管理的各个领域。本文从电子商务与逆向物流管理相结合的角度,系统地研究了当今企业逆向物流运作的特点和发展的机遇,并且对未来企业的逆向物流管理发展做出了初步探索。
Abstract：In 21th century, E-commerce has penetrated into every managerial field. This paper systematically reviews and analyzes the characteristics and challenges of corporate reverse logistics in terms of combination of E-commerce and reverse logistics operation, based on which we further propose our rudimentary exploration of further reverse logistics management.
