结石奶粉事件的爆发,引发对供应链管理的反思,特别是对于供应链中的危机因素的反思。供应链中每一环节出现危机均将危及供应链上的所有企业,形成危机连锁效应。文章研究了供应链管理中的内外危机因素,以及委托代理关系下的逆向选择和道德危机。并以三鹿奶粉公司为案例,验证了三鹿公司供应链管理危机爆发的原因,可见当前加强供应链危机管理的必要性和紧迫性。
Abstract：The outbreak of the milk powder event brings about a reflection on supply chain management,especially on the crisis factors in supply chain management.When one of links in the supply chain faces crises,the linkage effect of crises is formed immediately,and it endangers all enterprises in the supply chain.This paper studies the internal and external crises factors in supply chain management,as well as the adverse selection and moral hazard under principal-agent relationship.Meanwhile,taking the Sanlu as an example we empirically analyze the reasons why crises happen in Sanlu's supply chain management.
