市场竞争逐渐由企业间的竞争转化为供应链间的竞争,供应链管理日益受到关注。文章采集163家企业信息进行实证分析,探索供应链管理实践和供应链敏捷性对企业绩效的影响与作用机制。研究结果表明:供应链管理实践对企业绩效具有直接正向影响,供应链管理实践对供应链敏捷性具有直接正向影响,供应链敏捷性对企业绩效具有直接正向影响且在供应链管理实践与企业绩效之间发挥部分中介作用。
Abstract：Supply chain management becomes increasingly concerned since competition is no longer among enterprises but lies in supply chains. Therefore,an empirical research with a sample of 163 enterprises was implemented to explore the influence and mechanism of supply chain management practices and supply chain agility on enterprise performance. The results show that supply chain management practices has direct and positive effect on enterprise performance; supply chain management practice has direct and positive effect on supply chain agility; supply chain agility has direct and positive effect on enterprise performance and plays a partially mediating role between supply chain management practices and enterprise performance.
