知识共享是知识管理的重要内容,强调将个人知识转化为组织知识,但知识共享存在悖论。文章提出规避知识共享悖论的一种全新理念——知识和谐。在分析组织知识和谐的理论特征和理论价值的基础上,指出组织知识和谐的实现途径,并围绕组织和个人两级主体,阐述了知识和谐的六种功能,给出知识和谐管理的基本框架。
Abstract:Knowledge sharing is the important content of knowledge management,which emphasizes converting individual knowledge into organizational knowledge.But there exists a paradox of knowledge sharing.The paper argues that knowledge harmony is a fire-new idea to evade the paradox of knowledge sharing.The paper points out the approaches to accomplishing organizational knowledge harmony on the basis of analyzing the theoretical characteristics and the academic value of organizational knowledge harmony,expounds six kinds of functions,and establishes an elementary framework of knowledge harmony circumfusing the two level subjects of organizational knowledge and personal knowledge.
