近几年来,随着我国证券市场改革的进一步推进和市场化国际化程度的不断提高,证券公司的经营环境发生了很大变化,整个行业遭遇生存危机。如何寻求发展方向走出困境是摆在我国证券公司面前亟待解决的一大课题。分析美林公司的复兴之路,对我国证券公司进行业务整合不无启迪。
Abstract:In recent years, with further advancement of reformation and continuous improvement on internationalization of our securities market, the environment of securities company has changed greatly and the whole trade is encountering survival crisis. How to seek developing directions and walk out of difficult situation is our securities company's urgent task that needs to be tackled. The ways of Merrill Lynch's revival is suggestive for operation conformity of Securities Companies in China.
