企业价值网络是核心能力和异质资源的强化平台、调整平台和保护平台。通过达到以认同为基础的信任,减少网络的交易成本,这是价值网络提高客户价值让渡效率的重要原因。在组织学习的社会化、外在化、组合化和内在化过程中,价值网络具备良好的沟通结构,能够从战略高度对整个网络的知识分配加以规划、管理,提高了学习效率。价值网络竞争优势源于其内生的知识管理优势。
Abstract:The enterprise value-net is a platform to improve, adjust and protect its core competencies and distinctive resources.Enterprise value-net can improve the customer delivered value because of the lower transaction cost based on the mutual trust between members.Superior network communication structure can make the processes of exchanging knowledge such as socialization,externalization,combination and internalization more efficiently and rationalizing the distribution of value-net knowledge.The competitive advantage of value-net stems from its superior knowledge management.
