战略研究的范式正经历一个研究逻辑起点的演变,即从“环境-行为-绩效”范式,向“资源-战略-绩效”和“认知-战略-绩效”的范式演变,主导逻辑研究因其属于以“认知”为逻辑起点的战略研究的范式,并受战略实践观的影响,而在30多年后再度被关注。后续研究认为,组织主导逻辑是指从低层次的个体主导逻辑中涌现出来的,是寻求适应的复杂组织的一种涌现结果,但是只是停留在一个理论假设的研究阶段。文章基于主导逻辑理论的涌现性理论假设,构建了高管个体主导逻辑对组织主导逻辑作用机制的涌现性机理模型,并且运用神经网络和遗传算法,以跨学科全新的研究方法研究“组织主导逻辑”形成机制及其涌现性,试图攻克主导逻辑理论研究的一个难点。
Abstract:The paradigm of strategy research is undergoing an evolution of the logical starting point of research, i. e., the evolution from the paradigm of “ environment-behavior-performance ” to the paradigm of “ resource-strategy-performance ” and“cognition-strategy-performance”, and the dominant logical research has been re-concerned after more than 30 years because it belongs to the paradigm of strategic research with “cognition” as the logical starting point and is influenced by the concept of strategy as practice. Follow-up research suggests that the organization-dominant logic refers to the emergence of low-level individual-dominated logic, which is an emergent result of complex organizations seeking adaptation, but it only stays in the research stage of a theoretical hypothesis. Based on the emergent theoretical assumption of the dominant logic theory, this paper constructs an emergent mechanism model of Neural Networks and the mechanism of the executive individual dominant logic on the organizational dominant logic, and uses the genetic algorithm theory to study the formation mechanism and emergence of the “organizational dominant logic”with a new interdisciplinary research method, in an attempt to overcome a difficult point in the research of the dominant logic theory.

(2)由于遗传算法处理数据时四舍五入计算机制,出现R2大于1的情况,是算法正确计算的结果。
