本文首先综述了企业危机管理理论的流派,然后从公司治理理论角度对企业危机进行了新诠释,并且利用近三年国内大型企业危机案例,分析了近阶段企业发生危机的深层次原因,最后提出了基于公司治理理论的企业危机管理模式。
Abstract：The paper first gives a literature review of the schools of enterprise crisis management theories,then makes a new interpretation of the enterprise crisis from corporate governance theory.The paper also analyzes the deep causes of the enterprise crisis from some cases of the domestic large-scale enterprise crisis taking place in recent 3 years.In the end,the paper brings forward the model of enterprise crisis management based on corporate governance.
