浙商素以稳健低调著称,经营主体存续时间比全国民营企业平均寿命高出一倍以上,但全球金融危机爆发以来,浙商破产倒闭高于全国平均水平,引发对浙商发展模式的重新思考。文章从企业家能力与公司生命周期匹配视角出发,探讨了公司法人生命周期与核心自然人的企业家能力供给波动之间的实证和逻辑关系,揭示了企业危机背后的企业家因素,并提出了缓解企业家能力衰变以延长公司存续周期提高法人生存质量的对策思路。

Zhejiang businessmen were well known for conservatism,and the survival time of their business was usually at least two times as long as the average of private enterprises in the whole country.However,Zhejiang businesses have gone bankrupt frequently since the recent global financial crisis,which arouses us to rethink Zhejiang business development patterns.With the viewpoint of entrepreneur ability matching with the corporate life cycle,this paper intends to discuss the logical relation between the corporate life cycle and the fluctuation of individual entrepreneur ability supply,reveal the influence of entrepreneurs behind the enterprise crisis,and put forward some suggestions on mitigating the entrepreneur ability decay so as to extend the survival time of business and improve their quality.
