文旅融合高质量发展背景下产品创新绩效提升的多元路径:组态视角分析

摘要:

在文旅融合高质量发展背景下,企业实现文旅产品高创新绩效的路径具有多重并发性,体现了“殊途同归”的原则。研究发现,团队创新能力、资源整合能力、企业创新文化、动机型人力资源管理、文化资源独特性、环境动态性和政府支持等7个代表性前因条件,均不是实现高创新绩效的必要条件,而是通过三种条件组态——均衡发展型、整合适应型和资源依附型——共同影响创新绩效。在文旅产品创新中,环境动态性对文旅企业既是机遇也是挑战,要求企业必须能够迅速适应变化。团队创新能力和资源整合能力在文旅产品创新中扮演着关键角色,特别是在资源依附型路径中显得尤为重要。文化资源独特性赋予文旅产品独特的竞争优势。目前,均衡发展型是主流路径,而资源依附型覆盖度较低。

Abstract:

Against the backdrop of high-quality integrated development of cultural and tourism industries, enterprises achieve high innovation performance in cultural tourism products through multiple concurrent pathways, reflecting the principle of “different roads leading to the same destination. ” The study finds that seven representative antecedent conditions( team innovation capability,resource integration capability, corporate innovation culture, motivation-driven human resource management, uniqueness of cultural resources, environmental dynamism, and government support) are not individually necessary for achieving high innovation performance. Instead, they collectively influence innovation performance through three configurational pathways: balanced development type, integration-adaptation type, and resource-dependent type. In cultural tourism product innovation, environmental dynamism presents both opportunities and challenges for enterprises, requiring them to adapt swiftly to changes. Team innovation capability and resource integration capability play pivotal roles, particularly in the resource-dependent pathway. The uniqueness of cultural resources endows products with distinctive competitive advantages. Currently, the balanced development type represents the mainstream pathway, while the resource-dependent type exhibits relatively lower coverage.
