新创企业能力构建的机理分析

摘要:

能力是企业获得竞争优势的重要来源。文章针对新创企业的能力构建活动进行分析,提出能力构建是企业内的知识活动,它主要是通过个体层次的知识传递和跨层次的知识运转来实现。其中又不可避免地会出现知识活动冲突,为此企业需要利用整合机制来消除冲突才能保障能力构建的顺利进行。整合机制主要有权威、制度和文化三种方式,新创企业应根据自身动态发展过程中的特点来选择适当的整合方式以满足现实需要。

Abstract:

Capability is an important source of firm competitive advantages.Based on the analysis on new venture's capability building activities,we regard the capability building activities as knowledge ones within firms.There are two kinds of knowledge activities including knowledge transfer at individual level and knowledge operation at cross level.However,it is impossible to avoid some conflicts in knowledge activities.So,firms need to use integration mechanism to eliminate the conflicts to ensure the capability building activities.Three patterns are involved in integration mechanism: authority,institution and culture.New ventures should choose an appropriate pattern to meet its practical need according to its characteristics in dynamic development process.
