电子商务飞速发展带来巨大逆向物流需求空间的同时,也极其需要高效逆向物流运作的支撑和保障。本文在分析电子商务环境下逆向物流发展状况和存在弊端的情况下,基于电子商务与逆向物流的协同关系,全面探讨了电子商务与逆向物流协同发展在提升质量管理水平、缩短退货周期、完善库存机制、增强顾客忠诚度等方面存在的竞争优势,为充分发挥电子商务和逆向物流的协同优势,从多方面提出了适合电子商务与逆向物流协同发展的可实施策略。
Abstract：The development of E-commerce makes more chances for reverse logistics,and it also needs an effective reverse logistics operation as a support.The thesis analyzes the disadvantages of E-commerce firm's ignoring reverse logistics and points out that they should cooperate with each other in their development.Based on the discussion about the advantages of paying attention to reverse logistics,the thesis makes some strategic suggestions on how E-commerce cooperates with reverse logistics.
