积极发展存货质押融资业务是改善我国中小企业融资难的一条有效途径。为促进这一业务的发展,本文系统地比较分析了国内外存货质押融资的异同,认为我国存货质押融资业务现阶段虽然通过物流与金融的有效整合取得飞速发展,但与国外多年积累的经验和先进的业务控制水平相比,无论在制度环境、行业环境、业务基本要素和控制方式等四个方面都需要系统改善。
Abstract：To develop inventory financing actively is n effective approach to meliorate the financing difficulty for the small-andmedium enterprises in China.In order to boost inventory financing,this paper compares inventory financing inside and outside China and holds that,inventory financing in China develops rapidly by integrating logistics and finance nowadays,but compared with the western country,it still needs improving in four aspects,i.e.,institution environment,business environment,operation basic elements and operation control mode.
