文章以服务行业226名女性管理者为研究对象,采用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和多元线性回归分析等统计方法,探讨了薪酬公平、组织支持与我国女性管理者责任心的关系。研究发现,互动公平和程序公平对尽职守德具有显著的正向影响;互动公平对团结助人具有显著的正向影响;分配公平对努力追求具有显著的正向影响。组织支持在互动公平、程序公平对尽职守德的影响中起完全中介作用;组织支持在互动公平对团结助人的影响中起完全中介作用。
Abstract:This article,based on a survey of 226 female managers in services industry in China,explores and analyses the impact of Compensation Equity and Perceived Organizational Support on female Managers' Conscientiousness by utilizing Exploratory Factor Analysis,Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Hierarchical Multiple Regression.Results show that interactive justice and procedural justice positively affect day-to-day duties;interactive justice positively affects unity;and distributive justice positively affects striving.Results also show that Perceived Organizational Support has a complete mediating effect when interactive justice and procedural justice affect day-to-day duties,and Perceived Organizational Support has a complete mediating effect when interactive justice affects unity helpful.
