当前,物流外包已逐步成为企业物流服务组织策略中的主要运营方案,是企业实现资源整合的有效途径。现实中由于受到复杂主、客观环境因素的影响,企业物流外包时必须考虑诸多因素,以形成合理的决策方案。因此,研究企业物流外包的决策动因及动因之间的关系非常重要。通过对物流服务需求方企业的抽样调查分析,运用因子分析及结构方程方法对企业物流外包的决策动因及其关系进行了研究。结果表明,对企业物流外包决策具有直接影响关系的基本约束因素、主观引导因素、基本要求因素、长远收益因素以及市场资源因素之间也具有较为复杂的相互影响关系,这些是企业合理实施物流外包决策以及市场政策引导时必须考虑的。
Abstract:Logistics outsourcing has become a major operational scheme of logistics organization strategy,as well as an effective way for enterprises to integrate their resources.In reality,due to the influence of objective and subjective factors,enterprises must consider lots of factors to form a reasonable,targeted decision scheme when they make logistics service outsourcing.Therefore,it is very important to study the enterprise logistics outsourcing drives and the relationships among them.Based on the sample survey about the demand side logistics services business,this paper studies the enterprise logistics outsourcing drives and their correlative relationships by applying factor analysis and structural equation methods.Results shows that there are complex relations among basic constraint factors,subject-oriented factors,basic demand factors,long-term income factors and market resource factors,all of which have a great effect on enterprise logistics outsourcing decision-making and should be considered when enterprises make decision.
