企业网络成为当今企业的客观存在方式,随着环境的变迁,其面对的不确定性日益增加。鉴于管理熵是衡量企业网络不确定性的有效量度,以社会学和管理学的相关研究为基础,建立了企业网络管理熵评价指标体系,确定了管理熵中的相关变量。根据管理熵理论明确了企业网络管理熵的计算过程,在此基础上通过Brusselator模型转义进行企业网络耗散结构的评判,从而便于企业网络的优化。最后以某旅游企业为研究对象,通过问卷调查获取了相关初始数据,进行了企业网络管理熵的基于Brusselator模型的实证分析,证实了这一逻辑思路的可行性。
Abstract:Enterprise network has become the objective existence form of enterprise nowadays. With the changes in the environment the uncertainty enterprises face increase day by day. Management entropy is the effective measurement means of uncertainty in enterprise network. Based on the research in sociology and management,the evaluation system of management entropy was built,the related variables of network management entropy are identified,and the calculation process is carried out. Based on the above,the pass judgment of dissipative structure of enterprise network be conducted with the Brusselator Model,which benefits the optimization of enterprise network. Finally,some tourism enterprise is taken as the research object,the initial data is obtained through questionnaires,the empirical analysis of enterprise network management entropy is done based on the Brusselator Model. The case study has confirmed the feasibility of the logic ideas.
